Description

Chilton Public School District is hiring special education paraprofessionals to work with students who benefit from extra support in the educational setting. The position is 5 days per week during the school year when students are present. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with disabilities and practice a high level of confidentiality. Assisting students with academic tasks, functional living skills development, personal care, and social/emotional learning are all examples of job tasks for this position. This position is unique in at times you may be working 1:1 with a student, other times in small groups, and most often in classroom settings.
