This meeting is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District’s business and is not to be considered a public hearing. There may be a time for public comment during the meeting as indicated on the agenda.



The Board of Education will convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1)(c) & (f) to discuss administrative contracts.

    B. Acceptance of the following Gifts to the District:
         • Kaytee Products – Pallet of Bedding
         • Weber Oil - $155.34 – December 2023 Pump Donation

9. Old Business:

    A. President’s Report – The Board President will update the Board on various topics.

    B. Student Board Representative Report – Mr. Brody Waldron, Student Council Board of Education Representative, will provide an update to the Board on current student

          Policy Committee Report
            • Third Reading Volume 31 No. 1 – The Board of Education will be asked to dispense of the formal reading and approve the third and final reading of Volume 31 No. 1.

          Finance Committee Report
            • The Finance Committee met on Monday, February 19, 2024 at 5:30 p.m.

          Co-Curricular Committee Report
            • The Co-Curricular Committee met on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at 3:00 p.m.

                  -Approval of Coaches Handbook

          Education Committee Report
            • The Education Committee met on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.

          Buildings and Grounds Committee Report
            • The next Buildings and Grounds Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at 7:00 a.m.

 10. New Business:

       A. Police School Liaison Officer Report – Mr. Brady Bunjovac, Police School Liaison Officer, will provide the Board of Education with information as it relates to the first
semester of the 2023-2024 school year.

11. Convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1)(c) & (f) to discuss administrative contracts.

12. Reconvene into open session to take action on matters discussed in closed session if necessary and appropriate.
