of Education Representative, will provide an update to the Board on current student
topics.

C. Board of Education Committee Reports.

Buildings and Grounds Committee Report:
-The Buildings and Grounds Committee met on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at
7:00 a.m.

Finance Committee Report:
-The Finance Committee met on Monday, September 18, 2023 at 4:45 p.m.

Education Committee Report:
-The Education Committee met on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 2:15 p.m.

D. Approval of 2023-2024 Budget – The Board of Education will take action on the
budget as presented at the Budget Hearing.

9. New Business:

A. Student Field Trip Approval – FFA National Convention – The Board will be asked
to approve the FFA National trip to Indianapolis, Indiana from November 1 – 4,
2023. A copy of the itinerary is attached for your review.

B. Approval of the 2024-2025 School Year Calendar – The Board of Education will
be asked to approve the 2024-2025 School Year Calendar.
